MASE cover´s mechanical, electrical and minor civil projects. We are currently serving Puerto Rico, the caribbean and the US south east region. We have the experience and certified personnel in LEED projects.

Our edge is based on our personnel. MASE counts with in house Architect, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer as well as many specialized technicians, electricians and welders which allows us to perform the most challenging projects in a very profesional way. We have our own sheet metal shop for our projects which allows us to have flexibility on one of the most challenging trades of a mechanical project.

Quality Assurance

MASE have a quality assurance policy and manual to ensure all project are within budget, schedule and expected quality. MASE utilized Microsoft project to manage most aspect of a project.

Safety Protocol

MASE also have a safety policy which includes a safety manual for projects and a safety manager to assure projects are conducted on a safely and orderly manner

Code compliance

We follow all applicable codes on projects such as ASHRAE, ASME, SMACNA and NEC.
